THIS IS NOT AN IT JOB. THIS IS A ROLE TESTING CONTROL PANELS ON ELEVATORS. BEYOND WHAT IS BELOW I AM SEEKING SOMEONE WITH NETWORKING EXPERIENCE (TCP/IP)







Responsibilities



Perform Software Reliability testing in simulators and test elevators using the company's standard tools and methods. Identify, procure and Built Test environments for software testing. Support Front line questions on Software, Hardware and technical documentations. Participate in continuous improvement actions on Safety, Quality & 5S in SW test lab.



Software Testing:



Conduct control system, drive and PFI software testing in Reliability Lab.



Analyze the findings & root cause together with SW developers.



Execute test suites and report defects using the company's standard tools for SW testing.



Generate test reports and set-up reviews with manager.



Safety & 5S:



Ensure safety & 5S of work place and LAB areas.



Conduct internal Safety & 5S audits for the lab area, simulators and record the report in repository. Coordinate with EHS manager for monthly LAB audits and corrective actions.



Test Environment Building & Maintenance:



Configure and build test environments according to design specifications.



Identify & procure components for building test environments.



Perform risk assessment for simulators and store design and RA documents to repository



Piloting & Field Support:



Coordinate with Test tower team, Field supervisors and technicians to pilot the software in house and in field.



Support tech support engineers with clarifications on Software & Hardware topics.



Requirements





* 1year experience in testing of Software / electrical / Electronic components.

* Good Analytical skills

* Good written and verbal communication skills.

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
