Summary:



This position is responsible for coordinating and leading the daily activities with the tool room Eng! The training of Engineers and technicians, make the AR to invest in tooling and tool room acilities!



What are the key responsibilities of this position?



* Key Performance Indicators

* Define skills and training for each tool maker

* Daily management work.

* Ensure that Tool room engineers perform their work properly.

* Calculate the min-max of headcount in the tool room

* Approve all the std work and procedures and build them for each activity.

* Reception and inspection of new tools.

* Developing of new tool makers

* Invest in new technologies



Requirements:



* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering or related engineering degrees.

* 5+ years of proven experience in molds of plastic injection, blow molding and injection blow molding.
