Job Description


* Pay Rate $18.70/hour

* Temp to Hire position

* Location : Memphis, TN 38119, US

* 1% Travel to Post Office

* Mask can be worn in the office, but not always required. Office environment - about 10 people located on site in office daily.

* Bilingual Spanish is preferred, but not required.

* 1 Year Customer Service Experience

Primary Responsibilities:

* Answering phone calls - Greeting customers & transferring calls

* Mail - Pick up (0.5 mile away from office) and sorting

* File Management

* Answering and distributing phone calls to the appropriate department/person (50%)

* Mailing of all legal Notice of Cancellations and Re-in statements, monthly installments, renewal letters and any other daily mailing (20%)

* Retrieves mail from the Post office, opens and distributes all mail (15%)

* Daily filing - pulling, making new files and file backs (5%)

* Check for payments received on Past Due policies and issues Re-in statements (5%)

* Keep track and order office supplies as needed (2.5%)

Job Requirements:

* High School diploma or equivalent

* Excellent knowledge of MS Office

* Excellent communication skills

* Excellent Customer Service Skills

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously

* Bilingual in Spanish (Preferred not must)

* 1-3 years customer service

This position requires incumbents to regularly sit at a desk and operate standard office equipment such as a computer and phone. Employee is occasionally required to stand and walk, lift, carry and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. Must be able to talk and hear. Required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls.
