Job Description
Line operator
Responsible for removing completed polyurethane parts from molds and preparing molds to be poured again.
Job requires a lot of bending, stooping, and stretching. Pay rate is $14.00/Hour
Specific Duties:
Remove seat pad from mold and visually inspect part for defects.
Clean mold and check for defective tooling, broken vents and wire holders and communicate accordingly.
Uniformly apply wax to all mold surfaces, not allowing wax to puddle in recesses. Remove any loose foam and flash from mold.
Place correct components into mold, check to ensure that parts are properly positioned.
Check for bent or twisted frames and missing or broken elements.
Keep work platform and floor clean and free of components to prevent accidents.

Must abide by all safety rules and policies and attend required safety training, as well as job rotations with or without reasonable accommodations.
Must be willing to report unsafe conditions or unsafe acts and assist plant in achieving safety goals.
Shift Details/Lunch/Breaks:
Day shift - 7 AM-3:20pm - 1-20-minute unpaid break
Afternoon Shift - 3:10pm - 11:20pm - 1-10 minute paid & 1-10 minute unpaid break
Overnight Shift - 11:10pm - 7:10AM - 1-20-minute paid break
Cell Phones: are NOT permitted in production areas. Calls and/or text messages are to be answered or made during breaks and lunches. This policy also includes the use of watches to answer and send texts. The use of watches to send and answer text is not permitted.
Education
Required: Requires the ability to read, write and perform math skills at a high school level.
