Job Description

We are a New York-based full service in-house agency seeking top talent with agency experience.



The User Experience Designer creates intuitive and engaging experiences that put the user first while driving forward ambitious business goals. They understand when to follow established design patterns and when to break them. They leverage qualitative and quantitative research insights to inform design decisions, iterate through solutions, and understand how to define an MVP with a longer term vision in mind.



Qualifications

*Three+ years of experience designing complex digital experiences, applications and tools

*Significant knowledge of the fundamentals-user-centered design, design process, visual design, brand development, and product lifecycle

*Proven ability to balance usability and tangible business impact

*An extreme passion for user-driven solutions, strong advocacy for the user's perspective and experience conducting qualitative and quantitative user research

*Thorough understanding of and passion for inclusive design and familiarity with ADA guidelines

*Self-starter who is detailed and solutions-oriented

*A belief that UX is more than just UI, and includes all user-centered design activities including research, concepting, flows, sitemaps, wireframes, prototypes, annotations, and more

*Strong working knowledge of design and prototyping tools, such as Sketch, InVision, Illustrator, Photoshop, and anything else needed to get the job done

*Familiarity with data analytics platforms like Adobe Analytics and Optimizely

*Familiarity with underlying web technologies

*A strong online portfolio with examples of successfully launched websites, products and tools (a must) and any metrics (if available)

*Foster a systematic interaction design language across systems and platforms

*Help define and elevate the future of our client experience
