Job Description

Manpower is looking for a VCSS Processing Officer for one of our leading banking clients in Mississauga.

The Vendor and Customer Self Service (VCSS) application is electronic invoicing system, which allows vendors to enter key invoice information (such as an invoice number, invoice amount and purchase order) that is transmitted to the financial processing system for payment.



What is in it for you?

* Pay rate: $15 - $18.50 per hour

* Shift - Day shift

* Timing: 9:00am to 5:00pm

* 4 months assignment with a chance of extension



What the job is?

* Conducts verification for incoming sales to ensure compensation is correctly completed in accordance with National Office Process and Procedures.

* Investigate and review real time redemptions/PAC's to ensure funds have remained in a compensable product

* Recover any un-retained commissions from IRP for investments not remaining in a compensable product

* Ensure all sales/recoveries requiring review are examined for completeness and accuracy.

* Delivers a superior client experience by providing customer care and service

* Assumes ownership and accountability for resolution of complex issues and concerns. Reports potential high-risk situations to Manager.

* Identifies and recommends procedural and system enhancements for value added management of Operational Risk.

* Work requires continual reacting and adaptation to changing environment to ensure quick resolution of identified issues/gaps.

* Responsible for accurate and timely completion / verification /recovery of IRP/MS Compensation (daily, bi-weekly, monthly and annually).

* Works on a variety of bank applications to complete process.



What you bring to the job?

* A degree in a financially oriented field

* 1 - 2 years working experience with banking and or other related financial spaces

* Understands the Investment Retirement Planner Compensation Program guidelines and processes

* Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

* Understands and effectively uses full range of the relevant technologies

* Analytical Thinking/Problem Solving

* Employs problem solving techniques and detailed thinking to break down complicated problems.

* Customer Service/Service partner Orientation
