Job Description

A Visual Designer wants to make the world a simpler, more elegant and delightful place. They are learning when to follow established patterns and when to push the boundaries. They are hands-on, curious and ambitious about their craft.

This position will be working on our clients digital innovation team, creating high-fidelity prototypes for short-term experiments on a small cross-functional team and creating digital assets to support the innovation function.


Leverage existing design patterns to maintain a systematic and unified visual language for all products

Use an iterative process, working closely with your teammates to design, prototype, and validate design ideas

Assist in design iteration exercises, high fidelity prototyping, presentation decks, logo creation, and concepting under specific direction from design lead/sr design staff


0-2 years of experience

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, or equivalent professional experience that shows your design skills

Proficiency in a variety of design and prototyping tools (eg Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, and InDesign)

Confidence in your work, but zero ego brought to the table

Experience designing complex custom digital products is a plus

A strong online portfolio available for viewing
