Welder - DIRECT HIRE - 1st Shift
$30-$33 an hour

What will you be doing?
* Perform welding task using a variety of techniques, including Mig, stick, cutting, torching and plasma welding
* Interpret blueprints and welding plans to determine the appropriate welding techniques and materials need to for each job
* Select appropriate welding equipment and tools, including welding machines, cutting torches, and plasma cutters
* Ensure that all welding equipment and tools are properly maintained and repaired as needed
* Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries
* Monitor and maintain welding quality and consistency to meet customer specifications and industry standards
* Work with the maintenance team as well as engineers to complete projects on time and within budget
* Regular attendance and punctuality
* Performs other duties as assigned
What do you bring?
* Positive, can-do attitude
* Reliable
* Minimum of 1 year experience in welding, manufacturing, or fabrication setting
* Ability to read interpret blueprints and welding plans
* Familiarity with welding equipment and tools, including welding machines, cutting torches, and plasma cutters
