Manpower is hiring Welders in Fuquay Varina, NC to work at a leading manufacturer of commercial grade lawn care equipment. 3rd and 1st shift Monday - Friday schedule



In addition to your $15.24-16.15/hr pay rate, associates are eligible for a Weekly Quality Bonus!



Well qualified candidates will have post high school technical training & MIG welding experience in a production environment; must be able to demonstrate knowledge of AWS welding symbols.



Duties may include the following:



Perform ordinary hand welding operations; operate welding equipment, regulate current and voltage or gas and feed rate for proper fusion of metals

Using care in blocking, clamping, or holding parts in relative position to avoid distortion

Conduct Quality Inspections of raw & post-process materials; checking for irregularities & defects

Extensive use of drawings, blueprints, and written specifications in coordination with precision measuring instruments, devices, or gauges to ensure conformance with standards
