Job Description

Manpower in partnership with leading Energy Manufacturing company in Wheatridge, CO is looking for experienced Solderers.



Hours: Monday through Friday 1st shift hours



Pay: $21.50 - $24.00 / hour based on experience and Solderer test



The soldering technician supports the operations/ production department by assembling, inspecting, and testing PCB assemblies with an emphasis on Thru-hole soldering.



Preferred Qualification:





* 3 years of assembly and/or soldering experience

* IPC 610 Soldering Certification



Basic Qualifications:





* High School Diploma / GED

* Proficient in soldering, crimping, potting, and wire prep

* Ability to understand assembly drawings, simple math, and tolerances

* Use of precise measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, and height gauges to ensure consistent quality standards

* Perform hand assembly operations using assorted hand tools and heat guns

* Basic operation of Automated Testing Equipment and other testing jigs
