Manpower is Seeking experienced Plumbers to work in the Gilbert area. This is a Permanent Opportunity!! GREAT COMPANY, GREAT PAY!



Position: Plumbers level I and II

Paying $25.00-$32.00 hourly

Shifts: 1st and 2nd shift- Will discuss with Recruiter Nissi

As Plumber you will:

Will be responsible for the installation & fabrication of plumbing components used in custom HVAC units. He or she will work using safe work practices with items such as, but not limited to air conditioning, humidifiers, gas lines, water pipes. Other duties will be assigned as necessary.



Specific Accountabilities:

Assists Electricians, Welders and Assemblers as necessary for projects as time allows.

Problem-solving skills.

Maintains a working knowledge of changes in technology, compliance and repair techniques.

Able to work with PVC pipe

Experience with power tools.

Performs other assigned work as required.

Must be able to read blueprints and follow SOP's.

Working Conditions:

This position requires shop work. When working in the shop, one must exercise caution as this environment presents many naturally occurring and potentially worker-produced hazards. Safety policies must be always adhered to. Personal protective equipment (i.e., safety glasses, steel-toed boots, and others) must be always worn where required.

It is very important that the incumbent of this position can work and communicate with prudence, while effectively managing time, completing tasks, and working safely.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma, GED or equivalent.

Completion of college/vocational or technical training preferred.

Appropriate credentials and certifications.

Possess a valid driver's license.

Ability to work shift work.

Ability to work in small spaces.

Ability to work independently in a busy environment.

Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allows one to work effectively in a diverse working environment.

Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.

Able to work well under pressure.

Strong attention to detail.

Able to deal with people tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times.
