Our client, a leading aerospace and engineering technology company is seeking a Engineering Support Specialist to join their team. As a Product Certification Records Analyst, you will be part of the Engineering Documentation Department supporting the Certification & Licensing Team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organizational skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Engineering Support Specialist 
Location: Phoenix, AZ.
Pay Range: $50/hour

What’s the Job? 

  • Access and retrieve certification records from Teamcenter, Tech Pubs, and secure server systems
  • Review and analyze legacy product certification documentation
  • Compare certification records against FAA Technical Standard Orders (TSOs) and licensing requirements
  • Interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation
  • Compile and organize records for external licensing and compliance verification

What’s Needed? 

  • Associate’s degree or higher in a technical or related field
  • Experience accessing systems such as Teamcenter, Tech Pubs, or secure engineering databases
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints
  • Strong experience working with technical documentation (digital and physical records such as microfiche)
  • Excellent attention to detail and document comparison/analysis skills
