Our client, a leading organization in autonomous vehicle technology, is seeking a Fleet Support Analyst to join their team. As a Fleet Support Analyst, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Fleet Support team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Fleet Support Analyst

Location: Austin, TX

Pay Range: $39/hour + Benefits

What's the Job?

  • Actively engage in ensuring the operational uptime of our autonomous fleet.
  • Perform live troubleshooting of hardware and software-related issues, interfacing with operators and capturing troubleshooting details in Jira.
  • Diagnose and analyze telemetry data to identify potential root causes of fleet issues.
  • Escalate unresolved problems to higher-level teams and ensure timely resolution.
  • Document troubleshooting processes and analyze historical data to identify trends and implement preventive measures.

What's Needed?

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in technical troubleshooting, preferably within automotive or transportation sectors.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
