Manufacturing Engineer

Our client, a global leader in aerospace and advanced manufacturing, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting Production and Quality Teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer (2-year contract)
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Pay Range: $60 - $64/hr

What’s the Job?

• Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and engineering
• Analyze production data to identify opportunities for improvement
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Support continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma)

What’s Needed?

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or engineering environment
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
