Our client, an aerospace organization, is seeking a Project Engineer to join their team. As a Project Engineer, you will be part of the engineering organization supporting cross-functional teams, including US Government customers and Honeywell Aerospace technical specialists. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Project Engineer
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid – minimum 3 days per week in office)
Pay Rate: $41.54/hr
What’s the Job?
- Lead and manage complex engineering projects from initiation to completion
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Identify and mitigate risks and provide project status reports to stakeholders
What’s Needed?
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (science, technology, engineering, or mathematics)
- 2+ years of experience in project engineering or related roles
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Experience in risk management and problem-solving
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
