Our client, an industrial support organization, is seeking a Painter/Driver to join their team. As a Painter/Driver, you will be part of the manufacturing and logistics department supporting operational efficiency and quality craftsmanship. The ideal candidate will have reliability, attention to detail, and safety consciousness, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Painter/Driver

Location: Troy, OH

Pay Range: $18-$25/hr Based on Experience

Shift: 1st shift: 7a-3:30p, Mon-Fri

What's the Job?

  • Safely load, balance, and secure products, materials, and equipment for transportation
  • Pick up and deliver items using a Tundra or flatbed truck
  • Inspect vehicles before and after use; document and report any issues
  • Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming
  • Apply paint using air pressure spray guns and airless methods, referring to technical drawings

What's Needed?

  • Valid Ohio driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a driver’s physical test
  • Experience in loading and securing cargo
  • Forklift operation experience required
  • Previous experience in industrial painting preferred
