Pallet Repair - WH31

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and logistics industry, is seeking a GRAVEYARD SHIFT Pallet Repair - WH31 to join their team in Woodland, CA. As a Pallet Repair - WH31, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting the logistics and supply chain team. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Pallet Repair - WH31

Location: Woodland, CA

Pay Range: $19

Shift: Night Shift (10pm - 6:30am), Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Build wooden pallets from recycled materials, deconstructed pallets, and lumber.
• Repair damaged pallets to return them to service-ready condition.
• Sort and separate pallets based on condition and grade.
• Identify damaged pallets and determine necessary repairs.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed during operations.

What's Needed?

• Ability to lift, push, and pull wooden pallets regularly.
• Steel toe boots are required.
• Quick hands, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality work.
• Observance of all safety rules and regulations.
• Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to interpret instructions in various formats (written, oral, diagram, or schedule).
