PM Operations Manager

Our client, a leading logistics and transportation organization, is seeking a PM Operations Manager to join their team. As a PM Operations Manager, you will be part of the Operations department supporting dock and freight handling operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to safety and efficiency, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: PM Operations Manager

Location: Cudahy, WI

Pay Range: $25-$30 DOE 

Shift: 12pm-8pm Mon-Fri 

What's the Job?

• Oversee evening/night dock operations including loading, unloading, staging, and freight movement
• Coordinate shipment schedules with dispatch, drivers, and warehouse teams
• Ensure freight is properly identified, scanned, and secured according to safety protocols
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe dock environment in compliance with OSHA standards
• Support documentation processes and manage freight records accurately

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, or logistics preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in terminal operations or dispatch logistics
• Experience in an LTL or FTL environment with knowledge of linehaul, P&D, and cross dock operations
• Strong understanding of freight processes, trailer loading, and material handling best practices
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead a team independently
