Our client Bloom Energy, a leading organization in the manufacturing and electrical systems industry, is seeking an Electrical Technician to join their team. As an Electrical Technician, you will be part of the Production Support Department supporting the Wiring and Assembly Teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization. "BEJOBS"
Job Title: Electrical Technician
Location: Fremont, CA
Pay Range: $32 to $40 per hour
Shift: Day
What's the Job?
- Rework wiring harnesses as technical changes arise
- Follow wiring diagrams and develop/implement/verify test setups
- Perform complex and advanced assembly of products according to established specifications and instructions
- Utilize hand and power tools such as wire strippers, manual/electric crimpers, impact drivers, drills, etc.
- Conduct quality checks on completed work to ensure standards are met
What's Needed?
- Prior experience working with 400 Vdc and 480 Vac, or higher voltage systems
- Basic computer skills and experience with hand/power tools
- Ability to solder and desolder, create cabling and wire harnesses, and assemble test stations
- Familiarity with setup and operation of test/measuring equipment such as oscilloscopes and multi-meters
- Experience creating requests-for-quotes, purchase requests, and orders
