Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and industrial services, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Industrial department supporting operational excellence and equipment reliability. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Dallas, TX
Pay Range: $25.95- $30hr
Shift: Monday – Thursday (4:00am – 2:30pm)
What's the Job?
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime
- Utilize various tools and instruments to conduct repairs and inspections
- Record maintenance activities accurately using systems or software
- Assist in the installation and setup of new machinery and equipment
What's Needed?
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in machine maintenance
- Experience working with mechanical machines, electrical systems, or both
- Proficiency with tools and instruments used in maintenance tasks
- Experience using maintenance recording systems or software
- Knowledge of equipment such as pumps, motors, conveyors, or compressors
