Custodian

Our client, a leading facility management organization, is seeking a Custodian to join their team. As a Custodian, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting daily cleaning and building upkeep. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, a positive attitude, and strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Custodian

Location: Eagan, MN

Pay Rate: $25.53/hour

Shift: Start time anywhere from 6:30–9:00 a.m., 8-hour shift plus a 30-minute unpaid lunch

What's the Job?

• Perform daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and restroom sanitation
• Dispose of garbage and restock supplies as needed
• Support internal office moves and cubicle setup or teardown
• Assist with general building maintenance such as minor electrical, plumbing, and lighting repairs
• Maintain cleanliness of both interior and exterior areas, including recycling and waste management

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED required
• 2 years of related experience in custodial duties
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and walk extensively within a warehouse environment
• Basic knowledge of manual work techniques and industrial equipment
• Good attendance, positive attitude, and reliability
