Assembly

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking an Assembly to join their team. As an Assembly, you will be part of the Production Department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembly

Location: Neenah, WI

Pay Range:

Shift: Night Shift (10:50pm - 7:00am)

What's the Job?

• Identify and select appropriate boxes and skids for packaging tasks
• Assemble boxes and crates using staplers and nail guns
• Pack merchandise according to quality control plans and specifications
• Apply labels, tape, and banding to boxes and pallets accurately
• Palletize, shrink wrap, and band pallets for shipment following established guidelines

What's Needed?

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Previous manufacturing experience is a plus
• Ability to operate machinery, hand tools, and precision measuring devices
• Successfully pass pre-employment drug screening and physical health evaluation
