Grinder

Our client, a manufacturing industry leader, is seeking a Grinder to join their team. As a Grinder, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, manual dexterity, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Grinder

Location: Fullerton, CA

Pay Range: $25

What's the Job?

• Utilize large swing grinders and small hand grinders to condition parts for defect removal
• Examine and feel surfaces of workpieces for defects
• Remove defects and sharp edges to ensure quality standards
• Select appropriate abrasive belts, wheels, or disks based on specifications and metal condition
• Polish ground areas with finer abrasives to produce smooth, unmarred surfaces

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent and six to twelve months related experience and/or training
• Ability to operate grinding equipment safely and efficiently
• Knowledge of abrasives and metal surfaces
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and organized workstation
