Employment Type: Contingent (potential pathway to hire)
Start Date: July 2026
Pay $27.40/hr (weekday day shift); $29.30 - 31.30/hr (evening, overnight, and weekend shift)
Schedule: Choose your schedule! Tuesday-Friday or compressed weekend shifts (Saturday-Monday)

What You'll Do
• Perform moderate and highly complex laboratory testing following standard operating procedures
• Execute and document quality control and quality assurance processes
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment and instrumentation
• Prepare reagents and manage laboratory supply inventory
• Identify and resolve issues affecting test performance or lab operations
• Assist with training and mentoring new laboratory personnel
• Support validation of new equipment and laboratory procedures
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Participate in inspections, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage workload to meet productivity and turnaround time expectations
What We're Looking For
• A current, up-to-date resume
• Associate degree in laboratory science, medical laboratory technology, or equivalent coursework/training
• Working knowledge of laboratory regulations and quality standards
• Strong attention to detail and analytical/problem-solving skills
• Ability to operate laboratory equipment and perform repetitive technical tasks
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility with schedule and changing priorities
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field
• Preferred: Experience with molecular biology techniques
• Ability to meet compliance requirements
