Our client, a leading healthcare organization specializing in clinical laboratory services, is seeking dedicated Clinical Lab Professionals to join their team. As a Clinical Lab Professional, you will be part of the Specimen Processing and Laboratory Analysis teams supporting high-quality diagnostic testing. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to teamwork, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Clinical Lab Professionals (Assistant and Scientist)

Location: Madison, WI

Pay Range: $23/hr. - $31/hr. Based on Position and Shift

Shift:

  • 1st - 6am - 330pm Tuesday - Friday
  • 2nd - 2pm - 11:30pm Tuesday - Friday
  • 3rd - 10pm - 7:30am Tuesday - Friday
  • Weekend AM - 6am - 6:30pm - Saturday - Monday
  • Weekend PM - 6pm - 6:30am - Saturday - Monday

What's the Job?

  • Perform specimen accessioning, processing, and automation tasks to support laboratory operations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of laboratory activities and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Assist in quality assurance activities, including quality control and validation procedures.
  • Support safety protocols and handle specimens following all safety and regulatory guidelines.

What's Needed?

  • High School Degree or General Education Diploma (GED) required
  •  
  • Experience using computers, including internet navigation, email, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to perform essential laboratory tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Legal authorization to work in the country of employment without sponsorship.
  • Associate degree in a laboratory science (chemical or biological science) or medical laboratory technology from an accredited institution or equivalent laboratory training and experience preferred for assistant required for scientist
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
