Vehicle Operator Shift Supervisor

Our client, a leader in autonomous vehicle technology, is seeking a Shift Supervisor to join their team. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be part of the Fleet Operations department supporting the Vehicle Operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a proactive problem-solving mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: VO Shift Supervisor
Location: Culver City, CA
Pay Range: $41/hour

What's the Job?

• Supervise and support Vehicle Operators while ensuring safe and efficient daily fleet operations.
• Coordinate team schedules, administrative tasks, and performance feedback for direct reports.
• Lead by example by assisting with software and hardware testing while maintaining operational excellence.
• Mentor, motivate, and train team members to meet safety and performance standards.
• Collaborate with Fleet Operations leadership and contractors to achieve daily operational goals.

What's Needed?

• Minimum 2 years of autonomous vehicle operator experience with an active AVT permit.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills.
• Proven problem-solving abilities with a proactive and resourceful mindset.
• Excellent driving record and ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Experience providing coaching, mentoring, or team leadership in an operations setting.
