Machine Operator

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, safety-consciousness, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Neenah, WI

Pay Range: $23.15

Shift: 2nd Shift, 1:40 PM - 11:40 PM, Monday - Thursday

What's the Job?

• Operate assigned machinery and equipment safely and efficiently according to operational standards and supervisor instructions.
• Handle the physical loading and unloading of materials, ensuring accuracy and safety.
• Perform visual inspections of products to maintain quality standards.
• Follow all safety policies, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety features on machinery.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area, supporting overall housekeeping and maintenance tasks.

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and operational procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to work the specified shift and adhere to company policies.
