Warehouse Associate

Our client, in the digital printing and technology services industry, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the production and logistics team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: San Francisco, CA

Pay Range: $23

Shift: 9am-5:30pm

What's the Job?

• Prioritize incoming orders based on customer needs, workload, media, finishing, bindery, and machine capabilities.
• Estimate time and media requirements; inform the production manager and/or client of any requests that can’t be met and give recommendations to fulfill client needs.
• Receive, process, and modify client files as needed to print by specifications.
• Operate and maintain printers, bindery, and finishing equipment.
• Package completed projects for Will-Call, Delivery, or Shipping.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Experience with color reprographics, design, or file/print editing software is preferred.
• Ability to operate printing and finishing equipment, including flatbed printers.
• Strong communication skills for customer interaction via email and telephone.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and maneuver prints, media, and substrates carefully.
