General Production Associate 2nd shift

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a General Production Associate 2nd shift to join their team. As a General Production Associate 2nd shift, you will be part of the production department supporting operational efficiency and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: General Production Associate 2nd shift

Location: Lavonia, GA

Pay Range: $20.20

Shift: 2p-1030p

What's the Job?

• Operate assigned machinery and equipment safely and efficiently following standard work procedures
• Load and unload raw materials and finished products as needed
• Conduct visual inspections to ensure product quality
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area
• Follow safety policies and promote safe work practices

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; training will be provided
• Able to work in non-climate control
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and procedures
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Good communication skills and teamwork orientation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
