Order Picker - Fenton, MO

Now Hiring: Order Selector / Picker
Location: Fenton, MO
Schedule: 8a-4:30p Monday-Friday OT as needed
Pay: $17.50 hourly

Are you reliable, hardworking, and ready to be part of a fast-paced warehouse team? We’re looking for motivated Order Selectors/Pickers to help keep operations running smoothly by accurately picking and preparing products for distribution.

What You’ll Do:

Pick, stack, label, and organize products for shipment
Transport materials throughout the warehouse safely and efficiently
Sort items on pallets or bakery dollies based on size, type, and product code
Load and unload bread trays from trucks
Use RF scanners or voice-picking technology (training provided if applicable)
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Follow all safety, food safety, and hygiene standards
Meet productivity and quality goals
Report equipment issues or safety concerns promptly

What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
Ability to follow standard procedures and work independently
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Team player with a strong work ethic

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 25 lbs frequently
Comfortable with standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
