Our client, a leading organization in the facilities management sector, is seeking a Facilities Coordinator (2-4 years) to join their team. As a Facilities Coordinator (2-4 years), you will be part of the Facilities Management Department supporting the operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Coordinate routine maintenance and repairs of the facilities, including mechanical, electrical, HVAC systems, and plumbing
  • Oversee cleaning, landscaping, and security services to ensure a safe and welcoming environment
  • Assist in sourcing and supervising external contractors and service providers, reviewing their work for quality and compliance
  • Maintain facility records, compliance documents, and service contracts to support administrative functions
  • Support the facilities team with clerical duties such as scheduling, procurement, and budget tracking

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma required; an associate's degree or higher in business management, facilities management, or a relevant field is preferred
  • Prior experience in facilities coordination or a related role is advantageous
  • Proven organizational and coordination abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and facility management software
