Our client, a leading aerospace and defense technology organization, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. You will be part of the Strategic Sourcing and Category Management team supporting Category Managers and cross-functional stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and problem-solving expertise, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Pay Range: $80/hr

🔍What’s the Job?

• Lead and manage multiple productivity-related projects from initiation through completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet defined objectives.
• Oversee project scope, cost, and schedule for Category Manager deliverables.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, resolve issues, and drive project success.

✅What’s Needed?

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 2–4 years of relevant project management experience.
• Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent) preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
