Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare and educational sectors, is seeking a dedicated Environmental Service Attendant to join their team. As an Environmental Service Attendant, you will be an essential part of the Facilities Management team supporting the maintenance and cleanliness of various facilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Environmental Service Attendant
Location: El Segundo, CA
Pay Range: $21/hr
Shift: 4:30 pm - 1 am
What's the Job?
- Clean offices, patient/resident rooms, classrooms, common areas, and other designated spaces to ensure a sanitary environment.
- Sweep, mop, scrub, polish floors, and vacuum hallways, stairs, and office spaces to maintain cleanliness and safety.
- Participate in the maintenance of wood floors, including cleaning, stripping, sanding, and refinishing as needed.
- Clean light fixtures, ceilings, vents, walls, furniture, windows, and window coverings to uphold high standards of hygiene.
- Replenish supplies, change linens, and perform minor equipment maintenance or repairs when necessary.
What's Needed?
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- No previous experience required; training will be provided.
- Ability to learn and apply established cleaning techniques efficiently and safely.
- Strong communication skills and professionalism in interactions with team members and clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, maintaining a positive attitude and attention to detail.
