Our client, a leading logistics and distribution center, is seeking a Jam Runner to join their team. As a Jam Runner, you will be supporting the efficient flow of products within the facility. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Jam Runner

Location: Hagerstown, MD

Pay Rate: $16.50/hr.

Shift: 7am - 3:30pm, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Maintain product flow throughout the conveyor system by moving -packages through assigned zones
• Clear and push cartons that may be stuck or causing blockages
• Work at multiple levels (from 1st to 3rd level) to ensure smooth operations
• Support ongoing picking and replenishment activities by creating adequate space
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and productivity

• Ability to stand/walk for prolonged periods
• Ability to work on different levels in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
