Trainer - Mission Readiness Service

Our client, a leader in autonomous vehicle technology, is seeking a Mission Readiness Service Trainer to join their team. As a Mission Readiness Service Trainer, you will be part of the Mission Control Training Department supporting the Mission Readiness and Operations Teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Autonomous Vehicle Operations Trainer  

Location: Austin, Tx 78741

Pay Range: $33 

What’s the Job?

• Provide classroom training, coaching, demonstrations, and feedback to new and experienced operators.
• Review daily performance feedback and address training deficiencies identified by mentors.
• Conduct hands-on assessments, grade performance evaluations, and provide feedback to stakeholders.
• Perform formal audits of operator performance to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.
• Assist with training curriculum improvements, material updates, and training program development.

What’s Needed?

• At least 3 months of experience as a fully trained Mission Readiness team member.
• 1-3 years of experience in the autonomous vehicle (AV) industry.
• Knowledge of Mission Readiness procedures, responsibilities, and operational workflows.
• Strong communication, time management, and teamwork skills in a collaborative environment.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check, MVR check, and drug screen.
