Assembly

Our client, a manufacturing industry leader, is seeking an Assembly to join their team. As an Assembly, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the manufacturing and quality control processes. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembly

Location: Neenah, WI

Pay Range: $19.00 

Shift: 6:50 am to 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Package merchandise by selecting appropriate boxes and skids for each job
• Assemble boxes and crates using staplers and nail guns, ensuring proper construction
• Pack merchandise according to the specifications outlined in the Quality Control Plan
• Apply labels, tape, and banding to boxes and pallets to prepare for shipment
• Palettize, shrink wrap, and band pallets according to plan specifications to ensure safe transport

What's Needed?

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Previous manufacturing experience is a plus
• Ability to operate machinery, hand tools, and precision measuring devices
• Successfully pass pre-employment drug screening and physical health evaluation
