Senior Formulator

Our client, a leading organization in the pharmaceutical and formulation industry, is seeking a Senior Formulator to join their team. As a Senior Formulator, you will be part of the Product Development Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and collaborative spirit, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Senior Formulator

Location: Valencia, CA

Pay Range: $52

Shift: 1st Shift 

Duration: 6-9 months

What's the Job?

• Independently provide effective and functional technical support for all dosage form development projects.
• Manage and champion all technical aspects of the product development process from pre-formulation to commercialization.
• Utilize standard best practices and procedures with hands-on formulations, scale-up, and commercialization support.
• Produce and maintain detailed documentation on all projects in a timely manner.
• Interface effectively with marketing and other cross-functional disciplines to accomplish project goals.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong understanding of formulation development processes.
• Excellent documentation and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Willingness to adhere to safety and compliance standards, including passing a urine 4-panel drug test.
