Our client, a leader in the oil and gas industry, is seeking a Comm Strategy Specialist III to join their team. As a Comm Strategy Specialist III, you will be part of the Commercial Strategy Department supporting the growth and development of the business. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Develop and implement effective commercial strategies to support business growth.
• Conduct market research and analyze competitor data to inform strategic decisions.
• Manage contract development, negotiation, and execution using SAP and Ariba systems.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including legal, audit, and procurement to ensure seamless operations.
• Track and evaluate the effectiveness of commercial strategies, identifying opportunities for improvement.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Distribution, or Supply Chain Management.
• Strong contract analysis, drafting, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with strong time management and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with SAP, Ariba, or Oracle systems.
