Since the beginning of 2015 Roland Bartl Andreoli is Principal Consultant Career Management Switzerland at Right Management. He is responsible for the business office Zurich Career Management (outplacement services, career coaching) in Switzerland. Previously, since 2010, he worked as a Senior Consultant at Right Management.

Roland Bartl Andreoli’s passion is personal development. He likes to promote the professional talents and potentials of his candidates and employees. His experiences in coaching people within different cultures as well as his diverse professional experiences are incorporated into his daily work with corporate clients, candidates and employees.

Graduadated as a mechanical engineer (FH Munich, 1995) and System Engineer (Université de Poitiers, 1996) tracked Roland Bartl Andreoli a technical career from 1997 to 2004 as employee, later as a self-employed Project Manager and Enterprise Architect in the international IT environment for several large Swiss financial institutions. After a development aid project deployed in Cameroon (2004) he trained, alongside his self-employed business, part-time for the Master in Advanced Studies (MAS) in Coaching and Supervision (ZFH). He is also a certified (PMP) on Project Management (2012) and is involved as a lecturer for project management in the study course "Executive Master of Business Administration" at the Kalaidos FH Zurich.

Roland Bartl Andreoli is fluent in German and English and has basic knowledge in French and Spanish; He is married and father of two children.
