    As an Insurance Customer Service Agent you will provide exceptional customer service to policyholders, agents, and various customers. You will be tasked with ensuring customer satisfaction and conflict resolution.

    What is the job?

    Inbound customer service calls regarding life insurance products
    Ensure complete customer satisfaction
    Resolve questions and issues as relates to insurance policies
    Work in a team environment to meet service standards

    What do you bring to the job?

    One to two years of previous customer service experience (face to face or over the phone)
    Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
    Microsoft office experience: Word, Excel & Outlook
    Ability to type 35 WPM
