    Position Summary
    A Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Store Manager in the operation, management and maintenance of the Store. Under the supervision of the Store Manager, the supervisor is responsible for completing all procedures and documentation involving the store cash management, banking and inventory.

    Looking for candidates whom have:
    * 2+ years related experience
    * Must have Serving It Right certification
    * Available for both opening and closing shifts
    * Proficiency in managing staff, assigning duties
    * Good working knowledge of alcoholic beverages
    * Passion for working in retail environment
    * Excellent customer service skills

    Responsibilities and Duties
    * Works with Management to maintain a high level of customer service, professionalism and customer confidence within the store.
    * Maintains store cleanliness by ensuring all cleaning schedules are completed in a timely manner and all cleaning policies are followed
    * Assists by ensuring all products are merchandised in a clear and imaginative manner
    * Assists by ensuring all product is received and stored according to company's policy
    * Assists with price verification and procedures to ensure all products are recorded in the company's system and scanning correctly
    * Trains staff on the company's policies and procedures, enforces policies and monitors staff performance
    * Counts store cash, including reconciling tills, preparing daily deposits and completing daily cash sheets.
    * Completes all administrative forms related to cash management with accuracy and efficiency
    * Completes over/short reports and submits them to the Administration Office
    * Monitors and records tobacco inventory and bottle room inventory
    * Prepares week-ending cash sheets and bank deposits daily
    * Ensures Manager's Task List is completed on a daily basis
    * Maintains the privacy and confidentiality of all sales and related information and its affiliates
    * Prepares employee schedules and timesheets

    Commercial Sales Representative / Project Manager

    Manpower is hiring for a Commercial Sales Representative in the Window Coverings (WC) department as a permanent position. The office is located in the NE of Calgary as well traveling to customers' locations. Therefore, applicants must have a valid Alberta Driver's License, reliable transportation and automobile insurance and be willing to use their personal vehicle for business.

    Pay rate: $45,000 per annum

    Summary of Key Responsibilities (job functions include but are not limited to):
    *Client Identification and Acquisition
    *Find business, follow leads, make sales calls and build relationships with both new and existing customers.
    *Meet with customers to clarify and understand their needs, present samples, provide design and recommend product.
    *Generate proposals and pricing for potential projects.
    *Account Management through duration of the project
    *Full cycle project management from taking measurements to creation of quotations and orders
    *Creation and submittal of budget and final pricing
    *Follow up on drawing submissions to production, service work completion and warranty documentation.

    Qualifications and Requirements:
    *High school Diploma is mandatory
    *Post-secondary education in Business or Sales is an asset
    *1 - 3 years of experience in a professional office or sales environment
    *Experience in commercial construction sales is mandatory
    *Ability to read and understand architectural drawings is an asset
    *Must be able to site measure
    *Proficient with office software such as Word and Excel

Submit yearly forecast with sales and projected profits. Be aware of actions and trends in our competitive market areas in order to give proper direction to Companiesmarketing program and penetrations. Attend trade shows and association meetings as required. Attend all scheduled meetings, communication and training seminars established by the Sales Manager or other senior management team members. Prospect for new business, preparing/presenting proposals and maintaining existing relationships. Serve as a point of contact for customer issues. Check any problems that customers may have, resolve issues if possible, and/or report them to your Sales Manager or customer service personnel. Manage the return of damaged or mis-shipped merchandise. Constantly be aware of future or potential new business or potential new accounts; qualify and follow leads on the telephone, and in person, as called for in each circumstance. Develop monthly, weekly and daily sales itineraries and call reports for maximum customer effectiveness. As requested, provide weekly sales logs to the Sales Manager and President.
