    Responsible for the accurate metadata entry for images produced in a Photo Studio into Digital Asset Supply Chain Systems. Metadata includes rights management information. In addition, this position may be asked to assist with the provision of images to internal or external sources in order to fulfill requests.


    Monitors and assures that correct metadata is supplied for all images being entered in the DAM system.
    Reviews existing assets for correctness and updates to newly defined metadata standards
    May enter rights management information


    · Close working relationship with creative staff, photographers, producers, Digital Resources Team, Communication Specialists, Web Team and marketing teams across the globe

    · Occasional contact with external vendors, suppliers, and outsourced resources to assist in the completion of project deliverables, to deliver or receive assets, and file definition information.


    BA degree in Business, Communications, Journalism, Art History, Photography, or related field and 2 years experience working in prepress, graphic arts, agency, newspaper, or digital publishing world dealing with digital image management or computer systems management of file formats, storage, and transfer. Alternatively 5 years experience working in content management, photography, prepress/graphic arts industry dealing with digital image management or computer systems management of file formats, metadata, storage, and transfer.

    Proficient using Microsoft Office (wizardry in Microsoft Excel a plus).

    Must demonstrate good people skills and be an enthusiastic problem solver.

    Needs to have a working understanding of digital asset work flow and how assets are used in print production, web, interactive and internal communications (PowerPoint, etc.) as well as asset usage by external vendors (retail etc.)

    Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.

    Job Description: The position will consist of a combination of program and project support tasks, including communications, strategic planning, research, operations, and project management. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
    * Support tasks for the global Corporate Affairs team

    Required Education and Experience
