    * Responsible for providing prompt and professional attention to incoming claim calls.
    * Verify losses covered by the contract/policy and assists Adjusters and Claims Manager in obtaining proper documentation for processing requested claims.
    * Open new and update existing claim files.
    * Document all conversations and activities.
    * Keep accurate and concise records.
    * Answer incoming calls and return calls as quickly as possible.
    * Verify all documentation necessary to adjust and pay needed claims.

    Requirements:
    * Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
    * Requires a fundamental strong working knowledge of a personal computer.

Should be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and have experience with maintenance management system such as Maximo and TPM, working experience with robots/ machines, functional knowledge of mechanical, electrical and controls systems utilized in modern automotive applications,(CNC machine tools, hydraulics, pneumatics, e-press and torque systems, heat treat), knowledge of machine toold and assembly systems and knowledge of facility/utility systems to include power, air, water, HVAC and other mechanical systems.
