    Minimum secondaire 5

    Conditions de travail :
    2 postes sont à pourvoir :
    Temps plein : du Jeudi au lundi de 13h à 22h. Si vous ne travaillez qu'une seule journée de la fin de semaine Samedi ou Dimanche, le total des heures de 30.5 par semaine.

    Collection Agent (Bank)

    We are seeking collection agents for the call center of a well-known financial institution which offers a agreeable and dynamic work environment.
    The counsellor will answer incoming and outgoing calls from bank customers having accounts in arrears. He will have to take payment agreements and follow up, bringing effective solutions to all client requests and in their interests.

    Qualifications:
    Minimum secondary 5
    Perfectly bilingual English and French
    2 years minimum experience in Collections or banking industry

    Competencies:

    Work condition:
    2 positions are available:
    Full time: Thursday to Monday from 1pm to 10pm. If you work only one day during the weekend Saturday or Sunday, the total hours will be then 30.5 per week.
    Part time: Thursday to Saturday from 2 pm to 10 pm, for a weekly total of 22.5 hours.
    Salary: $16 to $17 based on experience.

Il exécute les activités de traitement courantes et résout les problèmes complexes relatifs aux règlements en vue d'accroître l'efficacité du service et de fournir un service de qualité supérieure à la clientèle. Il s'assure que les normes de productivité et les ententes sur les niveaux de service sont respectées, voire surpassées.
    La personne devra également être en mesure de résoudre des problèmes plus complexes relatifs au règlement en traitant avec le courtier et le dépositaire en temps opportun afin de régler les opérations selon les directives, de réduire les pertes au minimum et d'assurer la satisfaction de la clientèle.
    Ce poste comporte beaucoup de saisie de données financières et peut comporter et aspect 'productif' dans la quantité de travail à traité dans une journée. Il faut être à l'aise dans une tâche de production.

    Ce poste nécessite de nombreux échanges verbaux et écrits à travers le Canada, le bilinguisme (français et anglais) est essentiel et obligatoire pour ce poste.

    Le poste est situé au centre-ville de Montréal.

    Notre client, une des principale Banque au pays est actuellement à la recherche d'un coordonnateur de comptabilité d'investissement. Ce mandat est pour une durée d'un an.

    Quel est le rôle du coordonnateur en comptabilité d'investissement?
    Cette personne aura pour responsabilités d'offrir un soutien opérationnel auprès des directeurs relationnels partout au Canada. La personne devra traiter les opérations plus complexes ou les situations délicates nécessitant une analyse poussée ou une enquête afin de déterminer la nature du problème et de trouver une solution possible pour le client. Assurer la conformité des procédures, des lignes directrices et des politiques de la banque dans le traitement des différents dossiers. Vérifier et confirmer les opérations d'options sur actions, options sur devises et de vente à découvert afin de faire le suivi et résoudre tout problème lié à un règlement.

    Si vous avez déjà fait de la comptabilité d'investissement et que la résolution de problèmes et l'investigation vous motivent, ce poste est idéal pour vous. Le bilinguisme est obligatoire sur ce poste en raison du support pancanadien qu'il octroie.
