Assist in maintaining efficient storage of materials, rearrange or change of bins and racks, and make material location changes. 10. Assist in maintaining adequate inventory levels based on current requirements through inventory cycle counts; perform discrepancy adjustments with appropriate approval and process all associated records. 11. Our client covers a 7 state territory (WI/MN/IN/OH/IL/WV/KY) and will require overnight stays. You could be away from home between 2-3 nights per week, and at most 4 nights. Meals/lodging will be paid for by client. Training will be provided.

    While in the role of a Coil Cleaner, you will be sharing your passion for serving customers and providing exceptional satisfaction every day.

    * Efficiently cleaning and power washing heating and cooling (HVAC) units and performing other company provided services for commercial and industrial customers.
    * Complete daily routes in a timely fashion and provide customers with ethical and quality service.
    * Complete all service work and deliveries in accordance with company policies and procedures.
    * Drive to each service location as indicated on the invoice. Always drive in a safe and courteous manner and obey all motor vehicle laws and company policies
    * Notify customer of arrival and get permission to proceed with service where applicable
    * Retrieve ladders and materials needed for service from company van. Use all ladders in accordance to the safety guidelines
    * Able to climb ladders up to 80 feet and carry hosing for the power washer.
    * The ideal candidate will be someone strong mechanically and comfortable on ladders and roof tops
    * Survey/measure/install and service customer sites. Complete all paperwork and submit at end of work day
    * When job is complete, be sure work site is clean and complete all necessary paperwork
    * Keep work vans clean inside and out and in good repair and running order

    1. Valid driver's license

    General Facilities Technician

    POSITION OVERVIEW:

    Responsible for performing routine building maintenance tasks in one or more fields (e.g. carpentry; electrical; heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC); plumbing, etc.) Perform other tasks as assigned.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    Inspects buildings and other structures to determine functional systems and detect malfunctions and needed repair making notes and recommendations using a preestablished check sheet.
    Performs minor electrical maintenance to include but not be limited to replacement or repair of fixtures (e.g. wall switches and outlets, incandescent and fluorescent bulbs and tubes, ballast, sockets, fuses, minor appliances, cords, etc.) using appropriate hand, power and specialty tools.
    Performs minor plumbing maintenance (e.g. replacement or repair of leaks in drains and faucets, unclogging of drains, trenching and laying new lines, replacing drain hoses on washers and similar devices, etc.)
    Performs minor painting, carpentry and masonry work (e.g. preparing surfaces and using brush, sprayer, or roller to apply paints, stains, and varnishes, hanging doors, fitting locks and handles, etc.)
    Prepares the surfaces and paints various structures and equipment (e.g. walls, refrigerators, evaporative coolers, floors, roofs, doors, restroom facilities, etc.) to preserve wood and metal parts from corrosion and maintain a safe, comfortable working environment using various painting equipment and related tools (e.g. sprayers, rollers, brushes, thinners, etc.)

    Performs other work related duties as assigned
