    What do you bring to the job?
    * High School Diploma or GED

    * Ability to travel ~5%
    * Machine shop experience is a plus

    In this role as a Document Controller, your responsibilities will included:
     Provide customer service to a variety of on-site and external engineering customers; data integrity checks on engineered documents; fill requests for engineered drawings and documents, including searches in a number of databases
     Conduct audits of systems for missing information, reconcile conflicting information in various systems, make decisions on issues involving validation of information
     Acting as a full member of the Document Control team by participating in team continuous improvements processes
     Special projects as assigned, which involve some specialized training by discipline or other personnel
     Flexibility in working in various locations on site
     May become fully engaged & integrated with project teams and unit personnel

    Successful candidates will have:
     High school graduate, and preference given to those who have completed post-secondary Office Admin or Accounting programs
     3+ years in an office environment: preference to those who have worked in an engineering environment.
     Great attention to detail and strong communication skills
     Ability to adapt to varying environments and working with different teams
     Intermediate use of MS Office Suite of Products knowledge, including strong Excel skills: candidates must be very well versed in building spreadsheets and manipulation of data
