    Working at this job site you will be mixing chemicals, pressure washing and inspecting all of the equipment that is used for the production crew. It is the Sanitation crews responsibility to make sure that the equipment is clean and ready to go for the next day.

    This is a food Sanitation position working at a facility the does all the breading for Fish sticks, cheese sticks, french toast stick and more.

    * Coordinates with maintenance personnel and other sanitation crew the dismantling of production line and equipment in preparation for cleaning.
    * Disassembles and reassembles the production line and equipment as necessary for cleaning.
    * Cleans the floors of all debris and rinses thoroughly.
    * Cleans air lines and hoses that feed the lines.
    * Removes and replaces equipment as needed to accommodate production set-up requirements.
    * Sanitizes production equipment in preparation for maintenance and production set-up crews * Cleans and sanitize all pieces of equipment assigned by Sanitation lead * Cleans chemical room, process floor dry goods area, restroom and other work areas.
    * Cleans wash buckets, trash cans, hand rails, and other equipment assigned by lead or manager until shift ends.

    * Create and establish schedules that include preconstruction planning, submittals, engineering, and shop drawing creation, material procurement, and fabrication, shipping, erection, and closeout procedures.
    * Work with contractors, trades, inspectors, engineers, detailers, superintendents, and foreman to ensure the project is successfully progressing
    * Maintain positive client relationships and communicate effectively with all parties associated with the project
    * Read specifications and blue prints to determine the locations, quantities, and sizes of materials required.
    * Communicate and coordinate with other project contractors to maintain schedule, deliver of materials, and mitigate design conflicts.
    * Knowledge of materials, methods, and tools involved in steel construction; of safety, quality, and cost control standards and procedures
    * Ability to understand and apply varying levels of mathematics as applicable to the position
    * Issue corrective action notices to subcontractors, as required, to enforce company and/or project guidelines/policies.
    * Document and maintain correspondence to ensure an organized paper trail.
    Qualifications:
    * Construction or Engineering degree with minimum of 3-5 years' experience in construction project management preferred, knowledge/experience of steel fabrication/installation would be beneficial
    * Good communication skills, organized, detail oriented, motivated and self-driven
    * Must possess and maintain a current valid driver's license for daily & occasional overnight travel; ability to work occasional weekend hours
    * Possess tools to field measure, verify, and audit basic conformity standards.
    * Knowledge of applicable and proper use for the following: transit, laser lever, torpedo, torque guns, welders, gas supplied equipment, rigging and components

    For over 30 years our Local Red Deer office has been partnering with companies in Red Deer and area. We are currently looking for Experienced General Labourers to fulfill a contract role in outside of Red Deer. This role will be working 12 hour days.

    We are looking for candidate who have:
    * 2+years' experience as a construction labourer
    * Ability to work construction team environment
    * Ability to physical demanding job
    * Work long hours

    Duties would be but not limited to:
    * Sweeping and/or shoveling material
    * Moving of materials and/or equipment
    * Loading and unloading of materials,
    * Site clean-up Ability to lift 50 lbs
    * Ability to walk, climb, sit, or stand for long periods of time
    * Set up and tear down of various sites
    * Various duties as assigned.

    Must have the following:
    * CSA approved 6 inch Steel toed footwear, Hard Hat, Safety Glasses, Vest and gloves

    Most assignments will pay between $15.00/hr to $17.00/hr.

    Typical duties would include: Site clean-up, ability to lift 50 lbs and be able to walk, climb, sit, or stand for long periods of time, loading and unloading of materials, moving of materials and/or equipment, set up and tear down of various sites, sweeping and/or shoveling material and various duties as assigned.
