    Manpower is accepting applications for customer service representatives in the Winnipeg area to help customers with their requests, complaints and any other inquiries they may have. There are currently openings for full-time permanent positions.

    What's the job?

    *Assist all customers through inbound calls, emails and/or chats.
    *Communicate a variety of information to the customer.
    *Be an active listener and help resolve customer inquiries.
    *Provide a meaningful and positive experience with every customer interaction.

    What you bring to the job?

    *You have 6 months of customer service experience.
    *Your personality matters here - Being self-motivated and a want to succeed is a must!
    *You've got a great work attitude; you're super ambitious and very focused.
    *You understand that not everything is perfect the first time around - You've got an undying spirit and great resilience to rejection and criticism.
    *You're proactive and adaptable to different customer needs.
    *You're consistently ready to work and on time as scheduled.
    *You're coachable and open to feedback.
    *You're personable with strong conversation etiquette.
    *You're proficient in multiple computer based applications including; MS Word, MS Excel, etc.
    *You're a great communicator, both verbal and written.
    *You like to win and consistently perform.
