    Wire Harness Assembler Professionals in Las Cruces, NM
    Manpower is currently seeking full-time Wire Harness Assembler/Technician in the Las Cruces area so that we can partner with you in regard to opportunities in our city.

    Do you have experience producing Complex wiring Harnesses/cable? Manpower is looking for candidates that have a background in military/aerospace grade wiring. Select wire of specified color and gauge; perform wire and/or component prep, stripping and tinning operations in accordance with procedures. Interpret written work instructions, diagrams, wire lists and schematics to determine materials needed and sequence of assembly. Perform hand stripping and crimping operations, wrap and tie wires together at designated points to form harness. Attach ends of wires to components, plugs, or terminal strip, using soldering iron or crimping device. Ability to work with necessary measuring devices (calipers, rules, measuring tapes) in the normal course of executing job duties.

    Skills/Qualifications include, but are not limited to:
    * 3+ years' experience in assembling military cable and wire harness assemblies.
    * Able to read and interpret schematics, diagrams and wiring lists, technical manuals and related information.
    * Ability to use hand tools; cutters, wire strippers, etc. in accordance with IPC-620 Class 1, 2, 3 as applicable.
    * Ability to solder per IPC-610, 620 and J-STD, certification is not required but is a plus.
    * Knowledge of MIL-STD with relation to cable and wire harness assemblies. Ability to read, write and understand drawings and work instructions.
    * Good verbal and written communication skills required.
    * Ability to perform at the highest level in a fast-paced environment.
    * Ability to work as a team member.
    * Other duties as assigned.

    Manpower is currently assisting a local company in Red Lion, PA for a Manufacturing Auditor/Inspector. As a manufacturing Auditor you will inspect various component parts and assemblies on production lines and at final inspection according to process sheets using a variety of gages, SME or test equipment. Ensure all inspection process documentation and drawings are valid and current, including latest revision(s).

    Pay for this position will be $17.00 - $18.00 an hour plus overtime as needed.

    We have openings on the following shifts:
    1st shift: 7am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday, every other Friday

    Job Requirements

    As a Manufacturing Auditor/Inspector you must be able to work in a team-oriented environment and communicate well with management and fellow employees.

    Other requirements of the role include:

    * GED or High School diploma
    * Proficiency in blue print reading and computer systems.

    Manpower is currently assisting a local company in Red Lion, PA for CNC Machinist. As an operator you will set up and operate a variety of machine tools to produce precision parts and instruments.

    Pay for this position will be $15.00-$25.00 an hour plus overtime as needed. These are intent to hire positions based on performance.

    We have CNC programming and non programming positions available! Pay will depend on experience.

    We have openings on the following shifts:

    * 1st Shift: 5:30am-3:50pm, Monday-Thursday
    * 2nd Shift: 3:40pm-2am Monday-Thursday
    * Weekends Shift (Friday, Saturday, Sunday): 6am-6pm, work 36 hours and get paid 40 hours!

    Essential Functions of this position:
    * Design, write and implement manufacturing processes and operation sheets
    * Implement cost reduction and cost avoidance efforts.
    * Research and analyze data such as customer design proposal, specifications, and manuals to determine feasibility of design or application w/mechanical drawings.
    * Direct and coordinate fabrication and installation activities to ensure products and systems conform to engineering design and customer specifications. May assist in set up operations of machinery (machine shop / CNC).
    * Coordinate operation, maintenance, and repair activities of machinery
    * Design products and systems to interface machines, hardware, and software.
    * Recommend design modifications to eliminate machine or system malfunctions.
    * Prepare time studies and estimates for sales, bids and proposals.

    Qualifications:
    * Education: BS/BA in Engineering or related field (BSME)
    * Experience: 3-5 years' experience in engineering or related field.
    * Special Knowledge, Skills Abilities:
    * Must be able to perform statistical analysis.
    * Must be able to use production and SME gauges
    * Ability to create and interpreting mechanical drawings
    * Ability to prepare and present technical reports.
    * Proficient in CAD/CAM system & PRO-E design
    * Ability to communicate effectively on technical issues and reiterate this language in simple terms for others to understand.
    * Ability to work with mathematical concepts (probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry, fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations & General accounting principles)
    * Ability to interpret technical drawings, sketches or schematics
