    Samsung is currently looking for candidates that have previous experience as an aircraft avionics mechanic or mechanics that have worked on tanks, helicopters, hummers, radar systems, Navy communications / satellite systems, and navigation systems. You'll utilize your prior skills to maintain and troubleshoot problems on mulita-million dollar equipment used in the most advanced semiconductor fabrication process of LSI components for tablets, smart phones, and other mobile devices. The Equipment and machinery in the fab uses a combination of electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and computer technologies. You'll be trained in the preventative maintenance practices and defect monitoring used in the wafers processing of the microchips. Job duties may vary depending on department and area of fabrication.

    * Experience performing installation and removal of electrical/avionic components on helicopters, airplanes and or vehicles is a plus
    * Experience troubleshooting and repair of aircraft/vehicle interface issues with electrical/avionic components, antennas, radar systems, navigation systems, and flight director systems a plus
    * Must be able read schematics and wiring diagrams, assembles components, tests, perform trouble-shooting
    * Prior experience with components/assemblies primarily worked on include radio equipment, navigation equipment, autopilot, automatic stabilization equipment, and aircraft instrument systems a plus

Maintain and develop design standards for the construction of vessel and the assembly of vessel components. 4. Provide direction and support of the construction of full scale mock-up in order to validate ergonomics, feature content, arrangements and overall vessel design details. 5. Provide direction to tooling shop personnel to ensure proper finishing of plugs, construction of molds and fit/alignment of tolling. 6. Provide direction to the Launch Team to ensure proper fit of vessel components and facilitate the construction of installation jigs. 7. Regularly convey design details to the BOM Coordinator through engineering documentation so that vessel cost can be accurately captured and the cost target can be met. 8. Create appropriate engineering drawings and specifications to source and acquire vessel components from outside sources that will be used in the construction of new models. 9. Conduct and schedule work so that department schedule and key milestones are met. 10. Participate in resolution of ECN and CAR issues for production as necessary. 11.     * Participate in Expansion and Maintenance Capital projects for all SCADA system related projects
    * Ensure approved maintenance work is properly executed and documented (work management)
    * Modify and create new graphic screens following the design guide, as directed by the Gas Control SCADA Coordinator. This includes translating PIDs and PFDs to SCADA graphics display format
    * Commission and test graphic displays

    * Assist Operations in writing site specific work procedures that would meet the technical requirements specified in applicable sections of SOPs
    * Contribute to the effective management of O&M and capital projects that mitigate safety, reliability/integrity, compliance and environmental risks while driving creative solutions for optimal utilization of existing infrastructure

    Basic/Minimum Qualifications:
    * University Degree in a Mechanical Engineering (preferred) or Materials, Chemical/Petroleum or Civil/Structural discipline
    * Professional Engineer (P. Eng.) registered with APEGBC and APEGA
    * 5 years' progressive experience in high pressure gas pipelines (must)
    * 10 years' experience and demonstrated aptitude in design and construction, operations and maintenance of natural gas (sweet, sour gas) pipelines and pigging facilities
    * Working knowledge of pipeline standards and industry accepted practices, specifically CSA Z662 design code
    * Regulatory application experience with the National Energy Board (NEB), and the Onshore Pipeline Regulations (OPR)
    * Valid driver's license
