    The Front Desk Helper will be computer proficient and able to quickly master scheduling software, track billing information and maintain patient records. Great communication skills are needed for making patient appointments and balancing the Dentist's schedule. You will keep your team informed and guide the flow of patients through the office.
    A background check, drug screen, experience and certification are required. Positions are 25 - 28 hours per week. Full time could be considered.

    Un-boxing and labeling of medical devices
    Perform verification tests of equipment
    Entry of test results into proprietary program on laptop computer screenings and CM exception process

    Basic computer knowledge (data entry)
    Ability to move or lift up to 40 lbs
    18 years of age or older
    Great attitude and ability to work in a team

    Job Duties:
    - Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing
    - Ensure all rooms/equipment are cared for and inspected according to standards
    - Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies
    - Notify superiors on any damages, deficits and disturbances
    - Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience
    - Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate
    - Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices
    - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
    - Ability to bend, stoop, or stand for long periods of time
    - Other tasks as assigned

    Requirements for Consideration:
    - Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs regularly
    - Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance
    - GED/High School Diploma Required
