    Contract Details:
    *June 12, 2017 -Temp-to-hire

    In this role you will:

    *Recruit for exempt positions as openings occur. This includes developing search strategy with hiring managers, identifying candidates, scheduling interviews, interviewing, conducting reference and degree verifications, preparing and delivering employment offers
    *Conducts recruitment effort for non-exempt personnel, select exempt personnel and temporary/contract employees for the facility, coordinates the internal placement of professional, technical and clerical employees within the facility and overseas the intranet job positing program for all North American facilities
    *Identify and implement diversity recruiting initiatives
    *Provide support to Racine Human Resources Manager on all Affirmative Action Plan reporting initiatives as necessary
    *Contribute to the development of recruiting ads and materials
    *Contribute to the development and delivery of effective interview training programs
    *Handles employee relations counseling and exit interviewing; helps employees, supervisors, and department heads to settle work-related conflicts through advice and recommendations
