    In this role, you will:

    To be successful in this role, you will have:
    * Related degree, diploma or certificate in Human Resources with 2 to 3 years in a Human Resources role.
    * Knowledge and experience in employment standards, compensation, recruitment, employee relations, employee engagement, employee training/development, and workplace safety.
    * Excellent communication (written and verbal) with outstanding interpersonal relationship building, listening and employee coaching skills.
    * Experience in the administration of benefits and compensation programs and other HR recognition and engagement programs and processes.

    - Experience in the temporary employment industry, human resources, customer service or account management preferred, but not mandatory.
    - Experience and/or ability to work in fast paced environment and working under pressure.
    - Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
    - Proficient time management skills.
    -Be able to effectively plan, organize, prioritize and multi-task in fast-paced environments
    - Organized, objective, and detail oriented.
